Em 2020, o porto movimentou US$ 4,6 bilh\u00f5es (R$ 24 bilh\u00f5es) em mercadorias &#8211; US$ 2,5 bilh\u00f5es em exporta\u00e7\u00f5es e US$ 2,1 bilh\u00f5es de importa\u00e7\u00f5es. &#8220;Todos esses n\u00fameros demonstram que Foz do Igua\u00e7u cada vez mais se consolida como um centro log\u00edstico por excel\u00eancia e com potencial de expans\u00e3o&#8221;, diz nota da Receita Federal.<\/p>\n<p>O novo projeto prev\u00ea investimento de R$ 138,2 milh\u00f5es nos primeiros 15 anos de concess\u00e3o e R$ 34,2 milh\u00f5es nos dez anos seguintes. A proposta prev\u00ea a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um armaz\u00e9m com cerca de 3.500 m\u00b2, um p\u00e1tio pr\u00e9-embarque de mais de 19 mil m\u00b2 e um p\u00e1tio interno para movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e estacionamento de ve\u00edculos com \u00e1rea superior a 250 mil m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a Receita Federal, o porto seco alfandegado permite as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, armazenagem e despacho aduaneiro de mercadorias. O atual opera sob o regime de concess\u00e3o (o terreno \u00e9 da Uni\u00e3o).
