Aberto tamb\u00e9m para n\u00e3o h\u00f3spedes, o restaurante inicia o ano de 2020 com uma grande mudan\u00e7a no card\u00e1pio. \u201cPara criar o novo menu, reuni minhas mais variadas experi\u00eancias gastron\u00f4micas ao redor do mundo desde a minha inf\u00e2ncia no Peru. Optei por dar prefer\u00eancia \u00e0 ingredientes frescos e mescl\u00e1-los com diferentes sabores e texturas\u201d, conta o chef.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Para come\u00e7ar, um delicioso couvert chega \u00e0 mesa composto por uma diversidade de p\u00e3es e grissinis feitos na casa. Das entradas, os f\u00e3s de frutos do mar ir\u00e3o se encantar com as Vieiras na brasa com manteiga negra de lim\u00e3o e alho crocante (R$ 65) e com os Camar\u00f5es com texturas de manga (R$ 60). Destaque tamb\u00e9m os Croquetes de caranguejo real, salada Thai, gel de tamarindo e curry (R$ 70).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Os pratos principais est\u00e3o divididos em tr\u00eas se\u00e7\u00f5es: massas, peixes e frutos do mar e carnes. Entre as novidades, vale experimentar o Ravioli recheado de creme de milho, molho cremoso de pimenta amarela e ragu de Wagyu (R$ 90), e tamb\u00e9m a Moqueca de lagosta e arroz com coco (R$ 140). Se a prefer\u00eancia for por carne, a pedida \u00e9 o Leit\u00e3o com pur\u00ea de pera e ma\u00e7\u00e3, crumble e vinho do porto (R$ 150) ou o Pato com c\u00edtricos brasileiros, espinafre e nabo (R$ 130).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">As sobremesas s\u00e3o um cap\u00edtulo a parte e prometem surpreender.
