O chef Vanderlei Ferreira de Souza decidiu inovar e apostar, tamb&eacute;m, em uma carta de vinhos com novos r&oacute;tulos.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clickfozdoiguacu.com.br\/static\/image\/cuisineduciel%20(2).JPG\" width=\"650\" height=\"448\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nAs sugest&otilde;es prediletas do chef s&atilde;o pratos e vinhos espec&iacute;ficos que harmonizam muito bem juntos, como: Las Moras Sauvignon Blanc 750ml (R$ 98) e a Paella do C&eacute;u, risoto preparado com uma combina&ccedil;&atilde;o de lula, camar&atilde;o, mariscos, polvo, lagostim, leite de coco, dend&ecirc;, trio de piment&otilde;es, tomate, azeite, a&ccedil;afr&atilde;o, e acompanhado de arroz arb&oacute;reo (R$ 65); um TerraNoble Chardonnay 750 ml (R$ 88) e um dueto de robalo e salm&atilde;o grelhado ao molho de azeitonas pretas e verdes com br&oacute;colis, couve-flor na manteiga, champignon, tomate e cebola (R$ 68); um Las Moras Sauvignon Blanc 750ml (R$ 95) com o prato Pira de Foz, um delicioso peixe surubim grelhado regado com molho de piment&otilde;es coloridos, alho, cebola, leite de coco, dend&ecirc; e tomate rastrero, servido com arroz negro e branco (R$ 58); entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clickfozdoiguacu.com.br\/static\/image\/cuisineduciel%20(1).JPG\" width=\"650\" height=\"463\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\nOs visitantes vegetarianos podem apostar no saboroso estrogonofe de cogumelos frescos, preparado com cogumelos paris, shimeji, shitake, champignon, tomate rastrero e creme de leite, &nbsp;acompanhado de arroz e batata palha (R$ 45). Outra op&ccedil;&atilde;o &eacute; o nhoque de batata baroa ao molho pesto com uma leve mistura de ovos, caldo de ave, noz moscada, queijo parmes&atilde;o, manjeric&atilde;o, fil&eacute; de anchovas, azeite de oliva e nozes (R$ 35).<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Para as crian&ccedil;as, o chef sugere um tradicional e saboroso escalopinho de mingnon com arroz e fritas (R$ 35) ou um penne tricolor na manteira (R$ 30).
