Estas “bact\u00e9rias do bem” consomem a cafe\u00edna e o a\u00e7\u00facar e transformam a bebida em um l\u00edquido cheio de enzimas, amino\u00e1cidos e vitaminas (principalmente de complexo B e C).<\/p>\n

Entre os benef\u00edcios, a kombucha ajuda na absor\u00e7\u00e3o de nutrientes, desintoxica, renova a flora intestinal, aumenta a imunidade e a energia, melhora a vis\u00e3o, alivia a dor de cabe\u00e7a e enxaqueca, entre v\u00e1rios outros.<\/p>\n

Mas, ser\u00e1 que este produto t\u00e3o bacana j\u00e1 tem em Foz do Igua\u00e7u? Tem sim, desde outubro de 2017, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 empreendedora Larissa Fraida.<\/p>\n

Depois de um problema grave de sa\u00fade, Larissa buscou produtos mais saud\u00e1veis para acrescentar em sua alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e descobriu a kombucha e seus benef\u00edcios. “Apesar de ser uma bebida milenar, \u00e9 pouco conhecida no Brasil. Eu comecei a fazer para consumo pr\u00f3prio, e ent\u00e3o alguns amigos e fam\u00edlia tamb\u00e9m gostaram. Muita gente pedia para comprar, e como em Foz ainda n\u00e3o tinha, acabou acontecendo\u201d, explica a criadora da Dr. Bao Kombucha.<\/p>\n

A bebida pode ser encontrada em oito sabores diferentes. Seis deles s\u00e3o permanentes: abacaxi, maracuj\u00e1, ma\u00e7\u00e3 com hibisco, gengibre e hortel\u00e3, laranja com c\u00farcuma e lim\u00e3o siciliano e gengibre. H\u00e1 ainda dois sabores especiais da esta\u00e7\u00e3o: uva e lavanda e morango e manjeric\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Apesar do pouco tempo de mercado em Foz, a bebida est\u00e1 fazendo sucesso com o p\u00fablico local. Por isso, a empreendedora trabalha exclusivamente para a Dr. Bao e pretende ampliar os neg\u00f3cios em 2018. \u201cToda a produ\u00e7\u00e3o demanda muito tempo e \u00e9 feita apenas por mim e meu marido. Planejamos expandir a empresa e contratar mais pessoas para conseguirmos aumentar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, diz.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de encontrar os produtos na pr\u00f3pria Dr. Bao Kombucha, a empresa mant\u00e9m parceria com outros estabelecimentos da cidade e regi\u00e3o, para comercializ\u00e1-los. Voc\u00ea podem encontr\u00e1-los na

“Sempre quis empreender, mas achava que faltava alguma coisa. Dinheiro, planejamento ou at\u00e9 tempo. Entretanto, descobri que o mais importante de tudo \u00e9 dar o primeiro passo. \u00c9 muito bom fazer algo que faz t\u00e3o bem para as pessoas.
