Os convidados para comandar a cozinha na noite s\u00e3o ex-participantes do reality gastron\u00f4mico mais famoso da televis\u00e3o, o Marterchef Brasil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">O chef Ivo Lopes ficou entre os quatro finalistas no Masterchef deste ano e tamb\u00e9m participou da edi\u00e7\u00e3o Masterchef Profissionais em 2016. Criado no Rio de Janeiro, come\u00e7ou na cozinha aos 16 anos, tendo a chance de se aprimorar com o italiano Danio Braga, no seu famoso Locanda de La Mimosa, em Petr\u00f3polis. Partiu depois, em 2006, para o Due Cuochi, em S\u00e3o Paulo, onde conquistou os chegados da gastronomia local. \u00c9 respeitad\u00edssimo na capital paulista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Comandou a cozinha do La Varenne, em Curitiba, at\u00e9 setembro de 2015. Em 2014 e 2015 ganhou a categoria Chef 5 Estrelas do Pr\u00eamio Bom Gourmet. \u201cSou perfeccionista e muito chato com a limpeza, montagem dos pratos, sabores. \u00c0s vezes parece arrog\u00e2ncia quando falo do meu trabalho, mas procuro tentar fazer o melhor e motivar minha equipe a ser assim tamb\u00e9m\u201d, revela Lopes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">J\u00e1 Abel Chang \u00e9 conhecido na Terra das Cataratas. Morador de Foz do Igua\u00e7u, filho de chineses e nascido no Paraguai, \u00e9 um mestre na cozinha. Teve uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o marcante no reality gastron\u00f4mico em 2017.
