Com amplo know-how na \u00e1rea de gastronomia hoteleira, o chef Osmar de Lara tem mais de 30 anos de experi\u00eancia em cozinha. Iniciou na \u00e1rea gastron\u00f4mica, ainda adolescente, como auxiliar de churrasqueira, por influ\u00eancia do pai. Formou-se como t\u00e9cnico em contabilidade, mas decidiu seguir o caminho da gastronomia.<\/p>\n<p>Para isso, se especializou na \u00e1rea por meio de cursos (T\u00e9cnico em Gastronomia; Higiene e Manuseio de Alimentos; Culin\u00e1ria Italiana) e iniciou a carreira na cozinha j\u00e1 na \u00e1rea hoteleira, na cidade de Foz do Igua\u00e7u. Trabalhou em Barcelona (Espanha), como chef tournant na Iberojet Cruzeiros e, de volta ao Brasil, passou por restaurantes e hot\u00e9is de Curitiba e Foz como chef de cozinha, supervisor de cozinha e de A&amp;B. Os conhecimentos em contabilidade, da primeira forma\u00e7\u00e3o, atualmente ajudam no controle de custos da cozinha.<\/p>\n<p>No Mabu Interludium Iguassu Convention, o chef Osmar de Lara atende aos h\u00f3spedes e \u00e0 cozinha do Restaurante Pandeiro, que tem capacidade para 200 refei\u00e7\u00f5es simult\u00e2neas e um card\u00e1pio que contempla pratos nacionais e internacionais, servidos \u00e0 la carte ou em buffet executivo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O hotel Mabu Interludium Iguassu Convention\u00a0conta com um novo chef de cozinha.
