A revista também conversou com Osmar de Lara, Gianluca Spinetti e João Sanntos para descobrir os pratos preferidos dos chefs mais importantes da região de Foz do Iguaçu e fronteira.<\/p>\n

Também na editoria personagens, a conversa com a paranaense Manu Buffara mostra um pouco dos bastidores de sua rotina atribulada. A chef disse que quer mostrar quem é,  de onde veio, além de divulgar a gastronomia do Estado. “A gente tem muito peixe no litoral, tem o camarão nativo, ostra, mel nativo, só falta descobrir e dar valor", conta ela.<\/p>\n

Na coluna "Foz do Iguaçu por…", a reportagem conversou com Luiz Dameto, idealizador da Pizza Pop Star e da Vó Bertila Pizza e Pasta. O empresário completa neste mês 17 anos no ramo.
