\nA GJP Hotels & Resorts anuncia a ampliação do projeto gastronômico de grande sucesso na rede hoteleira, o “Chef por um dia”, que teve inicio no Wish Serrano Resort & Convention, em Gramado (RS), e já reuniu mais de 1.500 pessoas nos mais diversos jantares, sempre comandados por uma personalidade de destaque na cidade onde fica o hotel. Desta vez, o Wish Resort Golf & Convention, em Foz do Iguaçu<\/a>, será o mais novo empreendimento, além do Wish Serrano, a ganhar a versão original do projeto, com data marcada para o próximo dia 16 de setembro (quarta-feira).<\/p>\n

\"\"O evento costuma reunir familiares e amigos do convidado principal para uma noite intimista, cheia de boas surpresas e, claro, repleta de ótimas opções gastronômicas. Para abrilhantar aedição de estreia, o convidado será mais do que especial: o chef Carlos Bertolazzi<\/strong>, que abrirá a primeira temporada do “Chef por um dia” no Paraná.<\/p>\n

Apresentador do Programa Homens Gourmet, exibido pela Fox Life, e também do programa Cozinha Sob Pressão – Hell´s Kitchen, um grande sucesso no SBT, o chef também é sócio do restaurante Zenna Caffè, em São Paulo (SP) e autor do livro “iChef – Histórias e Receitas de um Chef Conectado”, lançado no ano passado.<\/p>\n

Com um vasto currículo na área, Bertolazzi é formado pelo ICIF (Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners), localizado no castelo medieval de Costigliole d’ Asti, na região do Piemonte, na Itália, uma das mais conceituadas escolas de gastronomia do mundo. Ele também acumula passagens como chef de cozinha de luxuosos restaurantes na Europa e nos Estados Unidos, e já ganhou diversos prêmios de revistas especializadas.<\/p>\n

Na ocasião da estreia paranaense do projeto, juntamente com o chef Carlos Bertolazzi e equipe de Alimentos & Bebidas do hotel, será anunciada a seleta lista do“Chef por um dia” no Wish Resort Foz do Iguaçu, trazendo os nomes dos futuros convidados da cidade que comandarão as próximas edições bimestraisdeste programa pioneiro e de grande sucesso na rede GJP.<\/p>\n
