\nUma das linhas de atuação do Instituto Polo Internacional Iguassu é o desenvolvimento e o apoio a iniciativas voltadas a aprimorar os serviços prestados ao turista. O trabalho é executado pelo setor de Avaliação da Qualidade de Serviços Turísticos, por meio de facilitações, treinamentos, pesquisas e cliente-oculto em empresas do setor de turismo.<\/p>\n

Para dar continuidade às atividades já desenvolvidas em 2015, está sendo realizada nesta sexta-feira, 12, no Sebrae, a segunda etapa do Treinamento de Vendas da Signature Brasil, empresa representada pelo Poloiguassu na região. O público-alvo é formado por colaboradores de seis hotéis (Iguassu Express, Del Rey, Villa Canoas, Três Fronteiras, Turrance e Manacá) que já participaram da primeira etapa em setembro do ano passado.<\/p>\n

O treinamento faz parte do Programa Transient Edge®, que procura desenvolver nas pessoas habilidades e confiança para melhorar seu desempenho. Ele compreende aprimoramento contínuo e avaliações por meio de cliente-oculto, sempre com o objetivo de oferecer um atendimento com mais qualidade.<\/p>\n

Parceria – <\/strong>A capacitação profissional é realizada por meio de uma parceria entre o Instituto Polo Internacional Iguassu e a PS Treinamento Empresarial, licenciada Signature Brasil – a qual realiza treinamentos em vendas para hotéis, agências, operadoras de viagens, entre outras empresas.<\/p>\n

O Poloiguassu é representante da Signature Brasil no Oeste do Paraná. Em conjunto com a PS Treinamento, oferece diversos cursos e treinamentos. Um deles é o atendimento ao cliente focado em vendas, cuja metodologia inclui avaliação e design, reforço de treinamento e mensuração de impacto.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
