Fa&ccedil;a um pur&ecirc; com leite e sal a gosto. Reserve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Segunda guarni&ccedil;&atilde;o<br \/>\n<\/strong>100 gramas de arroz<br \/>\n1 colher (sopa) de &oacute;leo<br \/>\n1 ma&ccedil;o de espinafre<br \/>\nCozinhe o arroz; depois de refogar, cozinhe o espinafre na &aacute;gua e sal, escorra e pique bem fino. Ponha na frigideira com margarina e misture com o arroz cozido. Reserve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Molho<br \/>\n<\/strong>20 gramas de cebola m&eacute;dia cortada em fatias finas<br \/>\n1 cenoura m&eacute;dia em fatias finas<br \/>\n1 piment&atilde;o vermelho sem pele e sem sementes cortado em tiras finas<br \/>\n20 gramas de gengibre picado<br \/>\n1 ramo de salsa<br \/>\n1\/2 ta&ccedil;a de vinho branco<br \/>\n1 colher (ch&aacute;) rasa de or&eacute;gano<br \/>\n1 pitada de pimenta branca mo&iacute;da<br \/>\n1 colher (sopa) de &oacute;leo de soja<br \/>\n1 colher (sobremesa) de maisena<br \/>\n200 ml de caldo de peixe<br \/>\nSal a gosto<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Frite o alho no &oacute;leo. Junte a cebola, a cenoura e o gengibre e deixe refogar por tr&ecirc;s minutos. Coloque o caldo de peixe cozido, o or&eacute;gano, o piment&atilde;o, a pimenta e sal a gosto. Deixe ferver por cinco minutos, dissolva a maisena no vinho e coloque no molho at&eacute; dar consist&ecirc;ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Montagem do prato<br \/>\n<\/strong>Coloque o molho no prato e acrescente o peixe. Coloque arroz, o pur&ecirc; de mandioca e decore com uma flor de cenoura.
