\nA Coordenadoria Municipal de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor, vem através do presente informar que encerra suas atividades no dia 23\/12\/2010 e retorna no dia 02\/02\/2011. Nesse período o PROCON ficará fechado para reforma na estrutura de seu telhado devido ao excesso de chuvas e os funcionários em férias coletivas.<\/p>\n

Durante esse período, os consumidores que se sentirem lesados, poderão buscar seus direitos no Juizado Especial de Pequenas Causas assim como no Ministério Público Estadual, no Fórum Estadual, ou, quando o PROCON retornar às suas atividades no dia 02\/02\/11, ressaltando que  conforme artigo 26 da Lei 8078\/90 o consumidor tem o direito de reclamar por vícios aparentes ou de fácil constatação no período de:<\/p>\n

• 30 (trinta) dias, tratando-se de fornecimento de serviço e produtos não duráveis, no caso de alimentos, por exemplo, o consumidor poderá recorrer à Vigilância Sanitária;
\n• 90 (noventa) dias, tratando-se de fornecimento de serviço e de produtos duráveis o que poderá ser feito no retorno das atividades do PROCON.
