A proposta foi apresentada oficialmente na quinta-feira (7) ao prefeito Paulo Mac Donald Ghisi pela coordenadora estadual dos Conselhos Comunitários de Segurança, Michelle Lourenço Cabral, o presidente do Conselho Superior Deliberativo da Acifi Danilo Vendrúsculo e pelo delegado da Polícia Civil do Paraná, Vilson Alves de Toledo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Para reativar o Conselho é necessária a aprovação de um projeto de lei pela Câmara de Vereadores. “Existe uma lei que foi aprovada em 2007, mas sem regulamentação. Optamos pela elaboração de um novo texto, já concebido dentro desse novo modelo de policiamento adotado em Foz que é o comunitário”, justificou Vendrúsculo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O novo texto apresentará mudanças consideráveis em comparação ao antigo, agora, por exemplo serão permitidas apenas pessoas que representem alguma entidade para compor o conselho.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

De acordo com Vendrúsculo, o texto antigo exigia que fosse uma pessoa jurídica com capacidade de buscar recursos e autonomia para eleger pessoas físicas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A Acifi espera que até o dia 20 de agosto a lei já tenha sido aprovada pelo Legislativo para então ser sancionada pelo Executivo e iniciar as atividades.<\/p>\n

A comissão que debate o tema conta com representantes da administração municipal, Itaipu, Câmara de Vereadores, Igreja Católica, Conselho Municipal de Turismo, CNLB de Foz, Umamfi, Conselho de Pastores Evangélicos, Lions Clube e Fundação Cultural islâmica.
