O vôo estava marcado para decolar por volta das 8 horas em Puerto Iguaz e pousar por volta das 9h30 em Foz do Iguaçu, porém  o piloto afirmou que as condições climáticas impediram a decolagem. No início havia neblina, e logo depois a temperatura subiu muito. A ansiedade estava estampada em cada um dos rostos presentes nas Cataratas do Iguaçu do lado brasileiro. Autoridades políticas e militares, sociedade civil organizada e crianças estudantes de escolas públicas estavam presentes para receber o dirigível em terras brasileiras.<\/p>\n

Durante a espera de quase 3 horas até chegar a notícia de que o dirigível não viria mais, a Banda da Fundação Cultural tocou um longo repertório. As crianças começaram a ficar impacientes porque o horário de voltar para as escolas estava chegando. A decepção no rostinho de cada uma delas foi grande quando descobriram que não teriam mais a oportunidade de ver a chegada do zeppelin.<\/p>\n

A passagem do dirigível em Foz do Iguaçu marcaria a reta final da campanha Vote Cataratas. Restam apenas 30 dias até o anúncio do resultado onde serão reveladas as Nova Sete Maravilhas da Natureza.
